Before: JONES and WELLFORD, Circuit Judges, and DeMASCIO,* District Judge. Per Curiam. Paul A. Tucker, applied for disability insurance benefits on February 10, 1982. After a de novo hearing, the administrative law judge concluded that Tucker was not disabled. On appeal to the district court, the matter was referred to a magistrate, who issued a report and recommendation suggesting that there was substantial evidence to support the Secretary's decision. On November 27, 1984, the district court adopted the magistrate's report and recommendation and entered judgment for the secretary.
