Plaintiff Tucci & Sons, Inc. (Tucci) held a general contract for certain construction work at Fort Lewis, Washington. On May 3, 1963 defendant Carl T. Madsen, Inc. This subcontract was on a form generally used by the Tacoma Chapter of Associated General Contractors.
